Conveniently for them, they did not answer during business hours. I've since called, and was redirected to the billing department. My wife checked out and didn't catch the mistake.
It wasn't until we checked out that we realized that they had charged us that early check in fee for EVERY day we were there, when it was clearly stated it was for only one day. We got into town with 2 kids in the car, and requested an early check in for the first day.
We were originally quoted a much lower price than we got, they did not honor the booking discount we were given. We stayed for 6 nights in the Sliver Legacy.
